I've been an Eye Centers of Florida patient for over 10 years. My doctor is longer with them and I was worried about having to get a new eye doctor. I saw Dr. Keating in the Cape Coral office yesterday as my new doctor and she is absolutely wonderful!! She has a fantastic chair side manner, she is very thorough, explains everything, I didn't feel rushed, she is kind and very patient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Keating. She's a gem.
After receiving a phone call to reschedule my appointment due to the lost of Dr. Eiselman, I must say I was VERY skeptical of this appointment. My appointment was at 12:50 PM on 11/15 with Dr. Alyssa Keating, OD. I got there at 12:30 PM. Only one person was there that work in the Optical shop, she was very welcoming and stated everyone was at lunch. I can't remember her name but the one with the Tattoos.😊 The MA that took me back and Kristin at the front desk were amazing. I want to thank Kristin you understood how important and fast I needed this information and she got the job done.❤️ My biggest pet peeve is great customer service and I got that.
