Since my previous review, I have been working with Alex of Diamond Gulf Construction regarding the build of my home in Cape Coral. Update as of 10/24/2025.
I will have to say that my experience with Alex has greatly improved over the last several months. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met and that the construction of my new home has been completed. The construction detail has been completed with a very nice completed project. The finishes of the home are of good quality and the home looks professionally done.

We are beyond thrilled with our new home and would highly recommend Diamond Gulf Construction to anyone looking to build or renovate. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction make them stand out!
Communication was a strong point! Alex (owner) kept us informed at every stage of the project, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns promptly. He’s extremely honest and was always available, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the construction process.

I interviewed numerous builders and I am more than happy with my choice of using Diamond Gulf Construction to build my home. The cost of the build for the size of my home and for the brand name/quality products used for items such as the A/C, Reverse Osmosis, Appliances, Hardware, Pavers, etc. are all top notch. My lanai screen even has the panoramic view that was a surprise!
Alex is a man of integrity and takes pride in his work. He is easy to talk to and definitely cares about his clients and his home building reputation.
Well done Diamond Gulf, I still smile everyday and have lived here for over a year!
