Found a leaky toilet day before leaving for a trip. They came out next morning. Nice guys! Did a great job at a reasonable price. I have found a new plumber and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I had a water heater warranty swap out done (originally purchased and installed by them as well). At first there was a mix up on pricing but the owner contacted me directly and assured they would make everything right. An employee named Morris came out and did the swap out. He was friendly, fast, and overly thorough. He was attentive to any of my concerns and went above and beyond what I believe he was required to do. Although the process started out rough, the steps taken to make everything right far outweighs the mix up in the beginning. I would recommend Davis Jr. and I will continue using them in the future.
