We had two visits from Customer Care with two different technicians. The first identified the problem in about 20 minutes but didn't have the required part which was a special order. The second technician removed and installed the new part in about 15 minutes. Both were professional, friendly and pretty efficient. It took less than a week to get the part and now all is working perfectly. It was a warranty call so I cannot talk to costs.

Lowe's warranty repair. Excellent service, extremely competent and efficient, would enthusiastically recommend. Service technician assisted in starting secondary ice-maker while primary ice-maker part was ordered for replacement.

The technician that came out to service my unit although very young they were knowledgeable and professional and did fix the unit. So far so good after all the other older technicians who did nothing!

Normally, I would NOT write a review before the refrigerator was actually fixed, but I feel I must. Jeff arrived on time, immediately diagnosed the problem, and is ordering the part. I have requested that Jeff return and expect that he will, and that this Bosch refrigerator, under warranty from a Lowe's purchase, will be working perfectly. I am somewhat traumatized by a different appliance repair company that Lowe's uses, which did not fix the refrigerator and engaged in some suspect practices. When I told my story to Jeff, he said he hears this all the time from customers. So, besides giving kudos to Jeff, my advice to anyone who has options on which appliance repair to choose is to stay away from your other options under the Lowes warranty repair and choose Customer Care Appliance Service.

Icemaker not working properly on year old Frigidaire. We have a 3 year warranty thru Lowes. Tech Sammy came within 2 days. He is very courteous and professional. Ordered parts and came back 6 days later. Job well done! Thank you.

Highly recommended, fast response, great communication!!! The refrigerator was dropping ice again in one hour!!!! I filed a claim with Lowe's for a refrigerator under warranty. The Appliance Service arrived promptly, first thing the next morning with a phone call 30 minutes in advance, as promised! The technician Sammy, did come prepared with a replacement part, but another part was needed and ordered. I know how to fix appliances myself, so I understand why some parts need to be ordered and are not kept on hand. I didn't need to follow up with the company at all, I was called just a few days later to setup an installation after the additional ordered part arrived and the company was ready to install the very next day! Jesus was the final tech who arrived promptly this morning, called 30 minutes in advance, as promised. Within an hour, the fridge was fixed and, in another hour, the icemaker was dropping ice. The entire process was incredibly easy! Even if I had a problem outside of warranty, I would trust and use this company, I highly recommend them!
