They were out next day. Technician was fast, efficient, and very professional. They identified the problem right away and was able to fix it. I would definitely call them again for my appliance needs.

Nobody wants to be without a major appliance like our refrigerator,
However Customer Care Appliance Service Center, understands and responds with urgency, competency and care.

We limped along knowing that we were in good hands, and that our
issues would be solved as soon as possible with a competent ( and bonus here) pleasant repair person.

My Lowe’s extended warranty was fulfilled by Customer Care Appliance Service Inc. I had a great experience with them!! They arrived the day after my washing machine quit working. They ordered the part and had it installed by two days after my first call to them. I also liked the fact that they had a 2 hour appointment window! Then I received a call when the technician was 15-20 minutes away. Great technicians, too!
