I love going to Coach Lester class, his energy and motivation push me to challenge myself every day. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and personalized approach make each class both challenging and rewarding. He takes the time to ensure everyone is improving, whether you're a beginner or experienced. What really sets him apart is how motivating and supportive he is —he makes you feel like you're capable of more than you thought possible. It’s clear he is passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals, and it shows in every session.

Love this place! I’ve been to many of the local Crossfit locations and all are awesome. This is my happy place. This is where I “recharge” my batteries. The location and many class times work well for my constantly varying schedule. The coaches and members are amazing, and I learn something new every day. I’ve been involved in the fitness industry for decades…do you remember Jane Fonda? Yes, you had to pay me to exercise. Yes, I wore leg warmers and thongs. ?♀️
Since I stumbled onto Crossfit, I was able to stop teaching and can finally be consistent with my exercise because it is so much freaking fun! I am no athlete by any stretch... read full review

Coach Lester is phenomenal, he cares for all the athletes on his class and makes sure everyone has great form! He makes you feel noticed and taken care of. Lester is the type of coach who celebrates with you, all your wins! I can’t wait to learn more from this great coach ?
