I have a worse ant problem after one visit. We called the on call after hours and were advised we were not a priority and someone would call Monday. Why even have an on call service?
My husband a I both work too. He called on his way in to work Monday and was told to be more patient, the office isn’t open and reminded him he had already called twice. Meanwhile, my mom has aunts in her room, they had been just in our kitchen and bathroom until Ameritech visited. They finally returned the call, condescendingly reminding us it’s been raining a lot. We requested another visit, again we both work, for the following afternoon. They assured us no problem.
