Faye and her team are awesome! I have used them several times to help family and friends with AC issues and they have stepped in to fix the units and their pricing is very fair. They are now my go-to AC company. If you are looking for a honest and fair AC company, this is only one you need.

Between two different AC companies, they were telling us we needed to either get a new unit (6 year old unit) Or replace the coils ($3500). Jeremy (from air necessity) came, and wasted no time trouble shooting. Turns out it was a severely neglected drain line, even after paying maintenance contracts with other companies. It was nothing that warranted a new system or coils. We are now using Air Necessity for our maintenance contract from here on out. I appreciate the amount of time he spent talking to me about the system, and showing me how to avoid issues in the future. This is the kind of company that is hard to find- HONEST!
