Hade a 1:30pm service call on 8/28 2025 no 30 minutes before coming still nothing from them to let me know what is going on in have a life too if you are going to be late all I ask is a call to let me know what is going on .but Not a phone call from my tech

Highly recommend Total Comfort for all of your AC unit needs. I have used them for years and they kept my 16 year old unit tuned up and in great working order.
The time came to purchase a new AC unit and I am very happy with the entire process. Jon C. was wonderful to deal with and took the time to explain everything in the quote. Randall D. was the technician that installed the new unit and was also excellent! The entire process was very easy from start to finish. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

They installed a tankless water heater and ran gas lines to our stove, dryer, and patio. They did a great job. We had problems with our builder and they where blaming the gas installation. Total comfort was at our house within an hour of our call. Turned out it was the builder's problem. Plus, we are very happy with the gas delivery service.
