During a six month check of my relatively new system, the tech found what could have been a potentially expensive problem to fix. I explained my concerns to Josh (service manager) and he sent two techs out the next day. Steve and Rory spent in excess two hours working on the system. They were very professional and did a great job. They even came back five days later to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. All work was done at no cost to me. Great customer service from a local company.

Reliable service from start to finish. The friendly office staff confirmed the service call 24 hours in advance and the technician was on time, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the Gold service plan offered by Arctic Breeze.

I have used arctic breeze on and off for years(I had a home warranty service). They will be my heating and air conditioning company moving forward.Ryan came out to my house this afternoon to fix a noise with my condenser fan. He immediately found the mounting bolts have loosened. He reached out to the head office to see about a reduction in cost because the fix was a quick 5min deal. They agreed, seeing that I had other services to be completed . Ryan took his time, sanded and primed any rust spots to improve the longevity of the unit.
