Fractured ankle, 3rd floor no elevator, so found myself needing help with taking out garbage, picking up mail/packages, grocery shopping. Right foot so couldn't drive. First number I found was executive. Jason, who turned out to be a co owner answered and patiently answered my questions. I had to give it some thought. There was no pressure at all, which was refreshing. A few days later, I called and asked for services & he actually came out to assess my needs, do paperwork. I had thought it was owned by some big corporation, But no, owned by a couple. I had them for about 6 weeks, weekly. Two aides, both very nice and helpful.
