I wont say anything negative about this place. My adult daughter has special needs and has medicaid and this is the Dr's office that they gave her 7 years ago. She has been seeing Dr Shaub for 7 years and he is the best Dr she has ever seen. He is personable and takes his time with her. He interacts with her and she literally adores him. He is thorough and has even checked in on her at home when she's been really sick. I wouldn't change him for any other Doctor out there!!! His staff are great! Getting blood work done at the office is easy... can be a little time consuming but better than having to make an appt with the lab and taking another day to do it. I've never...read full review
I take my daughter to the eye doctor appointment today and the staff was very friendly and nice when we first got there.. nice Young lady, by the name of Melody was going to lunch.. but she didn’t hesitated and asked if we needed help and she helped us right away.. before even eating her food.. with no hesitation.. she was very nice and I really appreciate her for going up and beyond because most people would’ve just went to lunch and didn’t try to help at all, but she didn’t everyone there was so nice so helpful. In my opinion the lady staff member that is seated at the desk when you enter the building seemed to only give professional attention and service to those patients of Spanish ethnicity (She is also Spanish )
My vist was the very first time at this location. My appointment was to see the OD the OD and his staff was very nice and professional with me and made me feel like a valued patient.
