Absolutely love my doctor here. My daughter and I both see her and she is amazing. She returns calls in a timely when I leave a message, she replies to emails fast when I send an email through mychart. She is nurse practitioner and we see her for our primary care. Her name is Jasmine Siska. She listens and pays attention, takes our concerns seriously, never acts like we dont know what we are talking about about or that she is above us. She really cares. A few years ago my daughter and I ended up losing our home and spent sometime homeless. We are both disabled and she did everything she could to help us. She even called just to check up on us. I started going here because you could get in so quickly after just over a year now they are booking several months out. And the receptionist is horrible. She is moody and snippy every single time I call or go in. Front Desk is the face of your business and first impression and she’s always so nasty and rude. These 2 things combined might be time to start looking for another doctor. Sucks because I love the doctor!!!!
The providers are very good here. However, when it comes to calling and making an appointment or talking to any of the ladies in the front desk, it seems to be an issue. I called to make an appointment and unfortunately had to wait over 30 minutes for someone just to answer the phone and when they do it almost feels like an inconvenience that you’re calling. I do understand they probably are busy however the attitude feels very hostile.
