I had a plumbing emergency and Redemption showed up within an hour. They repaired my hose spigot and then I could use water again. When my shower wouldn’t work I was worried it was related to my first problem…Redemption came right out and took care of everything even though it wasn’t related to the original emergency. I've had a great experience with Redemption Plumbing. A few months ago, I called them out for what I thought was a plumbing leak. They performed a very thorough investigation, took the time to explain what they were seeing, and were honest throughout the entire process. It ultimately turned out that the issue wasn't a plumbing leak at all. Instead of trying to sell me on unnecessary work, they gave me straightforward recommendations on what my next steps should be to address the problem. That level of honesty and integrity really stood out to me.
