I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. The owner Luke is such an honest and trustworthy guy. They have free loaner vehicles. The customer service Is incredible. I’ve never come across an auto shop like this before.

I almost hate leaving a review when I find a hidden gem, but Neo Automotive deserves to be #1. When my car broke down, I was in a real pinch, and they absolutely came through for me. They sent a tow truck immediately, started working on my vehicle the same day, and even provided a loaner for the entire duration of the repairs. That level of customer service is almost impossible to find in today’s market. Neo Automotive went above and beyond — they’ve earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!
