Ashley and the team from AirNow have always been super helpful and quick to set me up with appointments and getting technicians out quickly around my schedule.
I could write a really long review about AirNow, but will simply say they are amazing! Mark showed up at my neighbor's home when her AC broke, and did not leave until they had a solution to her problem, which was well past 5:00. He listened to her needs, considered cost and efficiency and by morning the workers were their fixing the problem.
For several days she had been calling the company that she had a contract with, but got NO response. She is moving her contract with AirNow and is thrilled!
I would give Don more stars if possible. On time, thorough, honest and more than fair pricing.
I call Don Lester for my AC if I ever need work done in the future.
