Yesterday our air compressor went out, so we let our amazing landlord know. Before we knew it, Chris, the owner of Southern Values Cooling & Heating, Inc., was at our door.
He quickly confirmed what we suspected: the compressor had failed, and because of the age of the original unit, replacing it wasn’t an option, it was time for a new system.
First thing this morning, the crew arrived. Blake, our technician, was exceptional. He took the time to walk us through everything, showed us how to properly change the new filter, and left the area cleaner than he found it.

Southern Values did a great job helping us with our AC. They came out within a few hours of us calling and first tried to fix the issue with the most affordable solution instead of pushing something more expensive. When the problem came back, they returned right away and got it resolved. Great customer service, fair pricing, and very easy to work with. I also appreciate that they’re a local family-owned company and not a big chain.
