Blake from Southern Values Heating & Cooling was our technician and he was beyond great! Came in and trouble shot the problem in no time at all! Explained to us what he needed to do to fix it, and we said ok fix it and he was done replacing the defective parts licky split! Must also add he did all this while it was pouring rain! Five stars for him & the company!!
