Gotta give it to the Gator team, they helped me get our A/C back into operation shortly after we bought our home in Bradenton. Knowing that the A/C was going to need to be replaced I went with them. That was October of 21 with a new unit. All of a sudden there was a problem with our compressor, they were prompt and quick to come out and get the unit back into operation but eventually decided (while being very forthright with me) that a new compressor was in order and replaced it. I've worked on A/C before while in aviation and they could have spend days upon days trying to patch the old one, but they took the route that provided me the most assurance. Great company and great staff all around. Just a word to the wise, no matter what company you go with, or what manufacturer you choose for your A/C, buy the extended warranty. No matter what! His inspection pointed out issues that we have with photos of proof, potentially preventing major problems down the road.
We recently had an electronic filter system installed in our air handler. A couple of days ago the air handler began to sound like we were in a wind tunnel. I called Del-Air to make an appointment for someone to come by to take a look at the unit. This afternoon, Youbenssy Jean–louis came by on-time and took care of the issue quickly and stayed until he was sure the air handler was running the way it should. Youbenssy is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Most of all he is kind and was very patient with a very nervous homeowner. He is exactly the tech you would want to come by when your AC is not working. I highly recommend Youbenssy Jean-louis!
