With the heat, we were a little worried it would be uncomfortable, but the breeze from the ocean felt cool and relaxing. “This was my first experience at Sanctuary Holistic Spa and it was wonderful.
Normally, it would have taken me 20 minutes to get to the spa. However, today it took me an hour due to chaotic traffic.
I was able to speak to Shannon over the phone and she was so empathetic and caring. She told me not to worry about it and to make it safely. That was the first wave of peace that came over me.
Once I arrived to my appointment I met the sweetest massage therapist Emily- second wave of peace.
Her hands are purposeful, caring, nurturing and peaceful, oh and STRONG!
She took the time to ask me what I was needing today, what specific parts of my body were causing me stress, and got to know me.
