I had the perfect wave package. The masseuse Keegan was exceptional. He was the perfect balance of firm on the massage and gentle when doing my facial. I would definitely recommend this place! 5⭐ thank you so much

I recently had a massage at Body and Sol, and it was exactly what I needed! The atmosphere is perfect—casual, beachy, and relaxing. There was tea and water in the sitting area, and the private room was cozy with dim lighting and soft music that added to the calming vibe.
My massage therapist, Caegan, was outstanding. I came in feeling tense from travel and months of computer-related strain, and he worked magic. Most therapists avoid the tight pressure points on my back, but Caegan focused exactly on those spots, using a light but deep and precise touch that gently worked out the tension.
