We are regular customers of Superb Air. On the eve prior to Christmas Eve our a/c unit began leaking (due to a clogged drain - ‘Florida Snot’). We placed a call at about 9:30pm and left a message which was promptly returned the following morning at 7:45am. By 8:15am two technicians were at our home addressing the issue. We also had them do a full service as our last service was more than six months ago. Technicians David and William were excellent. They alleviated any concerns we had and performed all necessary repairs and preventative maintenance. They were extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Casting my vote for best air conditioning service to Superb. Very responsive, honest and professional. Trace, Gary Daphna and Will make a terrific team. Trace sets the standard and a culture of excellence for all Supberb AC team members. I have them take care of regular maintenance with my condo. I’ve also have had them replace aged unit. Their work is exceptional and they are of the highest integrity.
Great Service great response time and very professional. Honest and upfront on cost estimate. Definitely will use them for future service. Gives their profession a good name unlike their competitor who wanted to charge almost 7 times as much. Thank you Superb Air
