It is with great enthusiasm that I write my favorable impressions of mechanical air design. My technician was Tony, who is incredibly knowledgeable about air-conditioning and electronics. He quickly diagnosed the reason for my blank thermostat localizing it to a contactor in the circuit board working with Tony is a pleasure because besides being competent he is patient kind and friendly. The contact person is named Nick and he is actually an engineer who is incredibly knowledgeable about the refrigerant cycle and how air conditioners work. This is a great company and is easy to work with and I highly recommend them.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Nick and his team. They walked me through the entire scope & process in securing new units for my new home. Could not ask for a more knowledgeable and seamless experience. 6 stars if it were possible!
