I'm a renter and my landlord hired a guy for making repairs and installations in the landlord's fifty plus properties. We've noticed Caulking that dripped And now it's glued to the counter. And paint droplets on the floor that have one into the grout, so we don't see any way of getting that paint stain out without ripping out the grout between the tiles.
