Bikram yoga is no joke—it’s both deeply relaxing and an intense workout. You will leave your sessions feeling stronger, more confident, and more capable.My confidence was low after tearing ankle tendons and undergoing surgery to repair them. Experiencing an injury, managing pain, and losing mobility can be so demoralizing. After being in pain and being too limited to fully bear weight and move well, I thought exercising while lying down might be a good place to start. I liked how Jennifer's website described her approach, so I decided to work with her to start to put myself back together.Jennifer met me where I was, both mentally and physically. She had the perfect balance of pushing me to do more, while understanding what I was capable of doing. She is truly committed to helping her clients. One session she said to me, "I was thinking of you last night and I want you to try this new exercise today" When I asked her, "you were thinking of me?", she replied, "I am always thinking about my clients". And she meant it.That new exercise was SO HARD for me at first, because it really targeted my weakened ankle muscles - I was so impressed - it zeroed in on a very specific technique, the exact thing I needed to do to get stronger.I grew to trust Jennifer, and I learned so much from her. I will always be grateful to her for her help during my transition from injury to recovery. I am looking forward to working with her again when I return to Naples next winter, and I hope anyone who reads this post also decides to work with her.“
