“I can’t speak highly enough about the experience I had with Diane at Energi Pilates. I was visiting Bonita Springs and was able to take a few classes during my stay. She is incredible and every exercise in the class seems to come together at the end. I am training for my Pilates certification myself and she provided so much knowledge to the class about mind muscle connection and things I’d never even heard of.
