I use Tide cleaner all the time for my uniforms. They’re great. Every now and then they have an issue with their boiler, but when they do they call to let me know. The after hours pickup and drop off machine is amazing.
I had a stressful situation with a delayed order, but Stephanie at Tide Cleaners went above and beyond. She communicated with me regularly, showing empathy and doing everything possible to help. Despite the circumstances, Stephanie truly turned things around with her care and effort. Her professionalism deserves recognition, and she’s the reason I’ll give them another chance. Fantastic ladies taking the order very courteous and friendly. The automated pick up is a great opportunity. You will need to register for this service with one of the service girls or boys I thoroughly recommend it.
