Tide Cleaners offers fast and convenient service with easy drop-off and pick-up, often from the car. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great customer service and paying attention to details. Clothes are cleaned quickly and usually on time. However, some customers noted that their wash and fold orders were not always folded neatly or inside out, despite paying for the service. Overall, this location is appreciated for its quality, efficiency, and friendly staff.
Amazing fast service - easy drop off and pick up. My only complaint is that I paid for wash AND FOLD. Only half of the clothing was folded and it was inside out and not folded neatly.
Shoutout to Kendell and Frank for always taking care of me! Great energy, great service, and they really pay attention to the details. Clothes are always on point. Love this location!
Excellent service, great customer service. I went on a Saturday morning and Frank greeted me, took my order, handled the whole process, and I received my clothes on time. I recommend you go there.
