Usually very happy, however this visit was disappointing. Tide cleaners offers valet service which is very helpful when you have two toddlers in the car. No one came out and it was raining. Also disappointed with the pressing of my pants they made double creases.

We have been having our clothing cleaned by Tide Cleaners since we were in Naples, FL and the clothes are always done right, the staff is organized and courteous and they always do their best to accommodate whether we need specific attention on certain areas of the clothing or if we need to pick up the items right away. The same is true in Boca. Would definitely recommend Tide Cleaners.

Have been looking for a reliable dry cleaner since moving to the area and Tide Cleaners is the one. Reasonably priced with great turn around time on returning the items. The staff is knowledgeable and great. They also have an app which makes it easy to pay and see the status of your items. Highly recommend!
