They are hoping that no one will visit their loved ones once they are gone. Well that is probably 80% of the time . Unfortunately, I go twice a year ( I am a resident ) and it smells like death inside. Making nothing but money there expanding like crazy ( good for them.) Not great for people who actually go inside to visit. Wear a mask.

Seven years ago, my husband and I bought 2 mausoleums from The Gardens of Boca and paid for all of the funeral expenses in 5 years. It was the best decision ever. Unfortunately, last March the 18th of 2026, my husband lost his courageous battle with ALS. I don’t have enough good things to say about The Gardens of Boca. From coming to my house to get the body to the entombment, the service was excellent. Nicole and Garrett went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done correctly. My guests were very impressed and many of them are planning to go there to talk to someone about funeral arrangements. So glad we made the decision. Funeral expenses were one thing I did not have to worry about. About two weeks later, I received a follow up call from The Gardens of Boca to inquire about how myself and the children were holding up which was very thoughtful of them.

I want to share my deepest gratitude for the extraordinary care I received from The Gardens of Boca Raton - Cemetery & Funeral Home during one of the most painful moments of my life.
After my husband passed away on March 8th, I was overwhelmed and barely able to function. The chaplain at Boca Raton Regional Hospital provided me with a few names, and my daughter contacted the funeral home. I then spoke with Garrett Jacobs, who immediately took over with calm professionalism and genuine compassion.
From that first conversation, he guided me through everything I needed to do, step by step, without pressure or confusion. I met him the next morning at 10:30 a.m., and from that moment forward, he handled everything with extraordinary dignity and care.
He made sure all the practical matters were taken care of—death certificates, necessary documentation, and even helping me obtain and manage important records like our marriage certificate. He also reassured me there was no urgency to handle payments immediately, which lifted an enormous weight during a very difficult time.
What stood out most was that this truly felt like a one-stop, full-service support system. Every detail was handled. Every concern was addressed. I never felt alone in the process.
There is nothing they did not do for me except the one thing no one can do—bring my husband back. Beyond that, they gave me stability, guidance, and compassion when I needed it most.
I will always be grateful for the respect, dignity, and humanity they showed me and my husband. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I recently visited The Gardens of Boca Raton Cemetery with my little brother to pay respects at the grave of the late XXXTentacion. The overall experience was peaceful and respectful. The cemetery is clearly high-class, the grounds are immaculate, with beautifully maintained landscaping. You can see the care in every detail. It felt serene and safe, with security doing a great job. Everything was kept in pristine condition, making it a fitting resting place and a comforting space for visitors. Overall, it left a lasting positive impression.

Nicole was amazing through our troubling time. She kept us updated at all times on the cremation process there was never a moment where we had to wonder where things stood. She was always available to answer any questions and even after our service was complete I messaged her for help attaining some documents which she did while continuing her excellent communication.

As I light a memorial candle on the anniversary of my father's death, I remember how Garrett and Lindsay made all the arrangements to transport my dad back to Brooklyn from Florida. Garrett spoke to the funeral director in NY to make sure everything went smoothly and all my father's wishes were followed. They made a very sad experience less stressful and by taking care of every detail here and in NY. Love you guys and The Gardens for the great work you do and the kind and gentle way you do it!
