I'm just pleasantly surprised by how amazing the front desk is. They are so helpful, polite and friendly. I have been to hundreds of tool rental places and they are not usually known for the customer service. We'll they are absolutely awesome here! And I should say, I've had the same experience at most Sunbelts. Except West Palm. They are not rude or anything there. Its just always someone different and they are always just blah... But Sunbelt Boca, top notch! And Jay in the back house, is great too. He's young but takes his job very serious. He's going to have a successful life if he keeps up that mentality.

I rented a material lift for my roofing crew. Luis and his team were a pleasure to work with. Even when our project was delayed, he had no problem adjusting the rental dates to accommodate our schedule. The entire team was professional, responsive and easy to work with... Definitely working with these guys in the future.
