Only a minor issue, I had to wait a little longer than the initial appointment time, but they kept me informed throughout. Upon arrival at the site, the technician promptly identified and corrected an electrical issue with our ceiling fans, using an efficient approach. The quality of work is definitely not affected by the brief delay. I'd be happy to call them again.
I'm not going to lie, it was smooth service. They arrived on time, looked into my AC with great care, and found a worn-out capacitor that was making the AC work very hard. It took only a few minutes to repair, and the cooling returned to its former power.
A slow leak under the kitchen sink was not located by other companies. Their plumber didn't replace the old parts; he traced the water pipe, tested the fittings and found a small crack behind the cabinet. All things were fixed neatly, without any mess. It's good to have someone who not only can diagnose the problem but can do both.
