First time there, Heloise was such a PRO. She cut my baby's hair even with him crying and moving a bit. It was the fastest, simplest haircut he's had. She also prioritized his safety and our comfort as parents. Love her! She really made us feel at ease and did such a wonderful job. We will be coming back just for her!
Absolutely the best haircut experience we have had in 6 years. They were absolutely wonderful, so great with the kids and so nice to the parents. A fun play area let's kids burn out energy if you have to wait a little bit(and the wait really is not bad at all if you have to, and it's 100000% worth it), we won't be going anywhere else! We used Ally and Eloise, but they are all wonderful! I have a 5&6 year old and my 5 year old is autistic and usually struggles a bit, but this was fun, she got his hair cut quick but also did a wonderful job. My 6 year old got polish, a braid and sparkles and felt like a princess! 100/10 recommend!
We took our two year old who had never had someone other than us cut his hair. He was afraid, crying, kicking and moving (which we expected).
Luckily Ms. Adrianne was a total expert. She helped us to reassure him, and cut his hair with scissors through his abrupt movements. We are so grateful for how patient and skillful she was.
