I need to have a ring fixed and I found this shop near my home. Small family business with exceptional service! I have cone back several times. Sam is a true gentleman and extremely knowledgeable!!!

Highly recommend for quality service and same day turn around! Walked in and was warmly greeted by Sam's wife. Sam did a great job in changing battery and properly sealing one of my Tissot watches. Sam and his Wife are very friendly and accommodating! Will see them again!

I bought a ring for my Grandmother on her birthday from New York City. It was a little small for her, so after some research, I decided to bring it to Sam. He and his wife were so kind to us when we arrived! His wife generously welcomed us into their store and was such a pleasure to speak with. Both of them made absolutely sure the fit was perfect and it brought me a lot of joy to see my Grandmother so happy with the ring.
