I had a technician from Schneider Air come out today — Michael Donnauro — and the experience was excellent.
Michael was pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Even though I didn’t love what I had to hear, he explained everything clearly and honestly, which I really appreciated.
He was scheduled to arrive between 12–6 PM but actually arrived about two hours early, which was a nice surprise. He was very informative, knew the equipment, the options, and the financing, and took the time to answer all my questions.

Called shortly after 11am on Sunday AC was not cooling tech Carlos came out. Quick and effient cool air by 430 great service. Tech explained everything in detail would recommend Palm Air and Tech Carlos
