I saw Luana for a facial and scalp massage. I went in with super dry/ sensitive skin and came out with an all-time glow. Luana is not only sweet but she’s knowledgeable and truly passionate about treating skin. I’ve gotten many facials before and this was one of the best. I will definitely be coming back and I can’t recommend Luana enough! 5 stars ✨

I absolutely love Novi! It is clean, relaxing, and just a pleasant exoerience all around. The staff is friendly and experienced; every time I go I leave feeling reinvigorated and pampered. I recommend getting the membership!

This is my 2nd time there with Selvia for eyelashes. First time I took a “chance” with a Grupon, I was a bit nervous but as soon as you get into the place you feel welcomed and relax! The spa is really nice and has a calming and relaxing atmosphere and the aromatherapy for the ambiance is mmm delicious!Selvia did my eyelashes and she is kind, detailed and a good listener, she takes the time to ask you what you want, I wanted a very natural look and she nailed!LOVE IT THERE!
