We used Nautilus in home care for my grandfather after he was in the hospital for about a week and had a bout of shingles which made him very weak and unable to use his right arm. The care takers were all very professional and helped a great deal with getting my grandfather in and out of bed and around the house. They also would ocassionally drive them to the pharmacy, grocery store, etc. Which was very helpful since they do not own a car. It was nice knowing that he was taken care of since I couldnt be there in person. The one care taker I did meet, Linda, was so nice and I could tell she sincerely cared about my grandfather. It was a pleasure dealing with Nautilus health during my Mother’s “snowbird” season in Florida. The aids were lovely, kind, responsible and helpful. Buck and the office staff were always responsive to her needs. Thank you all for making it so easy.
Buck was fantastic to work with especially being out of state for my Aunt’s care. He was very professional, listened to our needs, kind, returned phone calls , helped me coordinate and found Miriam.
