I cannot recommend Karem enough! She is absolutely amazing at what she does and makes every appointment such a comfortable and positive experience. From the moment you walk in, she is warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to make sure you're comfortable throughout the entire service and is always attentive to detail.
Brazilian waxes can be intimidating, but Karem's technique is excellent, making the process as quick and painless as possible. She is thorough, gentle, and consistently delivers fantastic results. Her professionalism and genuine care for her clients keep me coming back every time.

Been coming year for the past 2-3 years for the Russian hard gel manicure and pedicure. Thais is very friendly, sweet, and meticulous to detail. I love the spa-like feel and their no-cell phone policy.
I had an amazing experience with Thais! The pedicure was absolutely impeccable — every detail was done with such precision and care. Thais is incredibly delicate in her work, and her treatment and customer service are truly unbeatable. She made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish.
