I called Mr. Rooter at 5pm on a Friday. They arrived within an hour. Donterius worked like crazy to unclog my drain and diagnose the problem, and was communicative, professional, and pleasant the entire time. It already would have been a 5 star review, but what happened next made this a 20 star experience. There was a small amount of stain on a few tiles in my bathroom from the job. I sent an email asking if anything could be done about it; they responded to my email within 15 minutes, and were on site at my house WITHIN AN HOUR OF ME SENDING THE EMAIL.
