We purchased a condo that was built in the 1980's, and it definitely looked it. The floor plan was closed, dark, and a little depressing. Maor and his team understood that we needed to open up the floorplan, brighten everything, and bring the condo into the 2020's.
They delivered a proposal within 24 hours, gave us a time frame of 6 weeks. As soon as we pulled the trigger, the ML Builders team went to work immediately.
