Labyrinth Audiology has great and professional staff! Dr. Ali Danesh thoroughly evaluated my mom's hearing and made appropriate recommendations. Within a week, I received a written report that was also sent to the referring doctor. I was impressed with their service! Highly recommend!
This review is going to stay at 2 star until the office figures out how to properly print out a report. The last page of the testing report came out fuzzy to the point of illegible. I called and the woman at the desk said that's how their last page comes out because they can only snapshot the screen of the machine. This is a doctor's office, you should be more professional than that. There are plenty of systems that can easily blow up (enlarge) an image without losing resolution, many of them being free websites.That being said I was happy that I self-came in for testing, and the doctor there suggested a different test while charging me the same price as I had come in...read full review
The professional staff at Labyrinth Audiology are knowledgeable, and if there is a problem, they are always there, and willing to help...and with a smile! I highly recommend them for anyone who has a hearing issue!
