We tend to go during uncrowded times. They have all the machines, free weights and classes. I like that it's a mix of agese. I have been to other local places the skewed very young.

I’m a college student and currently here for the summer and the closest gym to my house was this LA Fitness at the mission bay plaza ! The staff was so friendly and the manager Chris helped me with signing up for the summer. Equipment is great and people are friendly around when working out. Thank you Chris for guiding me through the paperwork process and getting me ready for the summer here!

Chis C has opened my membership and has been taking care of me since the beginning. I have joined several gyms throughout the years but no gym representative has been so kind and helpful before and after as he has. If you want to join La Fitness make sure to ask for Chris C.
