I contacted J&R Restoration because of a leak in my kitchen that caused a mold problem. They responded quickly, efficiently and with great professionalism. I want to praise Joseph, the owner, who manages the company with such competence, integrity and caring.
I had a question about just removing a few spots of mold on my bathroom ceiling. They were very helpful with recommending products to use and didn’t try to sales pitch to have someone come out and analyze like many places did. They did say if I continued to have a problem, they would be happy to come out. I was talking about an area a couple inches wide. Would definitely recommend giving them a call if you have any type of problem, very helpful and professional.
