The receptionist is extremely rude and should not be dealing with any customers and this is why I will not be returning. This place has gone down hill. I use to get my haircut here and have been there many times. They lack professionalism and are very disrespectful. They obviously don't care that the receptionist is nasty. I'm still waiting on a phone call back from TQ or Candace that never happened. Again, I was a customer here and will no longer be returning. To be completely disrespected on the phone from a low class lady answering the phone is something I'm not willing to continue. I LOVE my hair. First time in a LONG time that I left a hair cut and didn't hate my hair. First time in a long time my fiancé complimented my hair even noticing that it had been done (usually he questioned what I spent money on lol) Shi was my stylist and she's amazing. She listened to what I wanted and delivered! First person in my life to cut my bangs the way I wanted them. The whole salon uses techniques I've never heard of before, and they work perfectly.
