Endless queues, literally waiting to be called into the office 1 hour past our appointment time. The prescription they gave my child is completely wrong, she hates the new glasses and refuses to wear them. Not sure why this place has such a high rating. We are not coming here again.

Dr Criss is excellent! However i am very uncomfortable with the male tech (dont know his name because he never introduced himself) he is very condescending and abrupt and jokes with the receptionist about patients who are sitting only a few feet away.

Dr. Friedman was thorough and kind. His office staff were great too! (The wait was a little long)

The office is overbooked. We waited over an hour and half for our appointment and ended up being there over two hours for our annual checkup

I love seeing Dr Friedman but the wait is ridiculous. There is not one time that we have not had to wait for 30/40min just for the nurse to start the appt after our appt time and the. We have to wait another 15-20min to see the doctor. The only reason I keep going is because Dr Friedman is great with my son. But the inefficiently on this office is terrible.

Doctor Friedman is fabulous! The wait time was very long. We weren’t called in until 45 minutes after the our scheduled appointment and we even arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time.
