Concentra Urgent Care is an excellent medical center that provides professional care. The staff is friendly and offers fast and excellent service, showing that they truly care about their patients. Patients have reported very good experiences with services such as therapy and chest x-rays. The staff is professional and demonstrates incredible customer service. They are very attentive and make you feel comfortable. Everything is explained very clearly and all questions are answered. The wait time is not long and everyone is very kind and friendly. From walking in the door, the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Excellent treatment from Dr, nurse and nurse practitioner. I’ve been going twice a week for care and have received excellent treatment every time.
