I was a walk in customer. After I asked a few questions, I received a complimentary assessment. Received 30 mins of stretch. I see this can be beneficial as part of one’s health program. Even if you are very flexible, you can still stretch into the “missing corners” with this assisted stretch system. Kendray was very helpful and professional. We stretched my trunk and lower body. I feel great. This process will def help if you have kinks and chronic muscle tensions from your daily living habits. I have signed up for four sessions to see if this will make a difference for me. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. My session was conducted by Kendre Adams, who was professional and friendly right from the start. This is my first time being stretched professionally. Kendre put me at ease and talked me through the process. I am now looking forward to my 3x week 3 month subscription. I feel better already.
