I have worked on the property of a condo community in Boca for 2 years now. There are some months I call City Towing 4 or 5 times for unauthorized or inoperable vehicles. Customer service (dispatch) and the drivers are always professional, prompt and courteous.100% satisfied with City Towing

I am a real person 65 years old in Deerfield. My car battery died. At exactly 8:15 pm I contacted Geico who contacted City Towing. At 8:17 pm an obviously very busy yet extremely nice woman, Heather let me know that someone would be there in 30 minutes. Sure enough, Edward, also a very nice gentleman arrived in 30 minutes and got my car running in 1 minute. Thank you so very much, Heather, Edward and Geico.Service: Battery

The gentleman that towed my car from the parking lot at Walmart was very professional, I was pleasantly surprised. If I ever need towing services again, I will make a request from GEICO for them. Thank you City Towing!Service: Car towing
