Allen (my technician/driver) was very responsive, professional, and helpful. The insurance app said it would take 90-120 minutes and he was there in less than 20. I hope I don't need another tow for a long time, but would be happy if he helped me again.
I try several Towing Companies, and this one answered immediately. Service was very prompt and he (Allen) was here in less than 30 minutes. He was able to jumpstart my battery, and I was on my way to the dealership to replace it. Thank you so much for your great service.
I had a very good experience with 55 towing. I called to have my car towed. Spoke to Al. He was very pleasant and friendly and the truck was at my door in less than half an hour. The tow truck driver Jason was also very pleasant. He carefully drove my car onto his ramp truck and drove away. Very quick, pleasant and efficient tow.
