I am a marketing professional with over 25 years experience and I have used many marketing platforms. I can say confidently the experience with Cendyn has been the most disappointing of my career. We chose Cendyn because of their experience in the hotel industry and we thought that would provide an advantage.

The project, initially promised to be completed in 60 days but took 90 days to even begin and only after much effort and urging on our end did we get the site on the dev schedule.

Do not do business with this company! Cendyn Did NOT create our promised website and after 8 months of trying to get them to do it, they put up something that was not at all what we wanted or operational. When we pled with them to return our money, they started a lawsuit. Horrible company to work with. Non responsive. They don't fulfill their promises. They sue you if you confront them about not fulfilling their side of the contract. BEWARE!
