Rafael treats you like a King since you arrive at Venezia Surfaces. He showed us multiple pieces of granite in his HUGE showroom and explain the pros and cons of every stone. “We recently decided to do kitchen renovations and Meltini was highly recommended by a friend who had just had Meltini renovate a bathroom and was very happy. “I recently used YaVel Roofing and Construction to replace the roof on my townhouse. The roof replacement was mandated by my Homeowners Association and each homeowner was allowed to hire whoever they wanted. I vetted over a half-dozen companies and ultimately went with YaVel Roofing and its owner, LeVay Smith. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice. First, let’s talk about price. A good rule of thumb with projects like this is to not hire the most expensive company, but also be wary of the least expensive company. LeVay came in with an extremely fair price (on the lower end, too) and after discussion, assured me he would not go over the estimated cost. This was a big deal for me, as many people get price quotes on their roof and halfway through the project the contractor asks for more money. LeVay ain’t about that.
